Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week via USA Football’s online Store. Phone orders may be placed by calling 1-877-5-FOOTBALL between the hours of 9am and 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Payment Types and Sales Tax
Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The amount of tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's state and local sales-tax laws.
Shipping
In stock items will normally be shipped within 48 hours, subject to credit approval. All orders are shipped via UPS.
When you place an order with USA Football, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. You’ll be notified promptly of any delivery delays or product back orders. Please note that items ordered together may not ship together. Your total shipping will appear as a line item under your subtotal during the checkout process. This charge will include any additional shipping surcharges plus tax where applicable.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii – your purchase can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii destinations by standard shipping only.
Shipping to a P.O. Box – unfortunately, USA Football cannot ship items to a P.O. Box. Please provide a proper street address for the shipping destination.
Shipping surcharges (additional delivery fees) may apply to some items because of size of box, weight or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you. If your item has a shipping surcharge, it will appear below the price of the item.
International
For customers wishing to ship purchases to an international destination, please call 1-877-5-FOOTBALL between the hours of 9am and 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, for more details.
Returns
MEDIA PRODUCTS (DVDs, Books, CDs)
If you wish to return a media product, you may return the product, in its unopened original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling costs.
APPAREL
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by USA Football within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. USA Football will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). All other return shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer.
TIMING OF REFUND
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your defective shipment to USA Football. However, in most cases refunds are processed at a quicker rate. This timing accounts for the time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges
USA Football will gladly issue an exchange for products in the appropriate condition and received within 30 days of the original order, subject to product availability. Media products must be in their unopened original packaging. Apparel products must be in good (unworn) condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all tags. For apparel, please make certain to include the style number of the item, size and color desired. We recommend that prior to making the exchange you check our Web site or contact us (see Help Desk section below) to make certain the item is still available.

Defective or Damaged Products
If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order, no exceptions. SSL encryption is active in all areas where customer information is requested. You can check to see that you have entered an SSL-active area by looking in the lower right-hand corner of your browser. Keeping your personal credit card information private is vitally important to us. USA Football will never rent or sell the information gathered in a credit card transaction. Knowing that you use certain services or purchase certain products may help us to offer you better service and more popular products. Please note that there are places in USAFootball.com where you can transmit credit card information in order to complete a purchase transaction. Any time we ask for a credit card number we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format. We use industry-standard, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. USA Football does not sell or provide any third parties with any personal credit card information.
